Almost a year ago, I wrote about the time I reached for my morning coffee and nearly grabbed a snake instead. Luckily, that was a harmless brown house snake - Boaedon capensis. There are, however, a variety of not-so-harmless reptiles who reside in Vilankulo, and for the first of May’s newsletters, I want to share a past run-in with one of the more dangerous of these creatures.
